1.Can I place an order online?

2.How can I get some samples promptly?
Please contact us and inform your courier (such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS and etc.) to collect samples from our office. For samples if their value is less than USD 50.00, we will offer them free of charge. As a courtesy, your express fee and samples charge will be refunded from your 1st order.
3.How can I get the after service? How can I get the spare part after one year warranty?

4.How about the payment terms?
