Shipping Procedures

LOCATION-BASED SHIPPING PROCEDURES:

INTERNATIONAL:
➤ Customers have the option of choosing USP, FedEx, or DHL. To do so, Westcode must be contacted for a shipping quote.
➤ Buy in Bulk: Customers have the option of choosing Less than Container Load、Ocean Freight、Full Container Load、Air transportation and Railway transportation

Method-Based Shipping Procedures:
▷ All orders are filled and shipped the following business day for processing purposes.
▷ Bulk order will ship within 3-7 days.

Free Shipping
• Buy and test our products for the first time for a chance to get free shipping

Time Frame: Orders being shipped via an expedited service are also dispatched the next business day after order is placed.

Example:

Order Placed: Wednesday 11:59pm PST
Order Ships Out: Thursday afternoon via the free shipping method
Valid for: Retail dealers, wholesalers, OEMs, distributors and exporters. Dentists, individuals are not included.

Expedited Shipping
Types:

• UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL to any international location on all size orders.
Time Frame: Orders being shipped via an expedited service are also dispatched the next business day after order is placed.

• Valid for: All types of orders and customers.

Example:

• Order Placed: Tuesday by 11:59pm PST
• Order Ships Out: Wednesday afternoon via the customer-paid expedited service

Payment:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all charges incurred by shipping carriers.
• Contact Westcode for a shipping quote.

Example:

• Delivery through UPS Ground mail typically takes between 1 to 5 business days from dispatchment（China） to arrival at the customer’s shipping address depending on the location. For a detailed reference refer to the UPS Ground Transit Times figure below.

• We only make factory price and use EXW terms. Taxes and fees incurred during transportation are borne by the customer.

• You can choose your shipping method to ship the goods.

• Once shipped, Westcode holds no responsibility for lost or late packages while in the custody of the shipping carrier. If you wish to insure the shipment, please contact customer service before completing your purchase.

• Westcode must receive payment before delivery before delivery. A 30% deposit can be paid in advance before the goods are produced, and the balance needs to be paid before the goods are delivered. To make the payment please call Westcode.

• Orders are normally shipped from our Foshan, China.

• During high volume periods, such as Cyber Weekend, some of the above mentioned shipping procedures may not apply.
